What we are
American Health Insurance Services LLC is a licensed insurance agency. We hold appointments with national carriers and place coverage with whichever plan fits the client. The policy is issued by the carrier. We are the people you talk to.
Most of our clients come to us for health coverage: Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, ACA marketplace plans for people under 65, and HealthShare memberships for households a subsidy does not reach. We handle life insurance, dental, and vision under the same roof.
How we are paid
Carriers pay us a commission when you enroll. You never pay a fee for our help, and your premium is the same as it would be enrolling with the carrier directly.
Because we are paid by several carriers rather than employed by one, we have no reason to push a plan that does not fit. Full detail on the disclosures page.

On the call

- Your doctors and prescriptions for Medicare or a marketplace plan, or a few health questions for life coverage
- The plans that fit, with the monthly cost of each
- If you want to move forward, the enrollment is completed on the same call
- If nothing fits, we say so
