Your agent stays your agent after you are covered. Questions, changes, and problems with a bill all start with one call or message.

Common requests

What we handle, and what to have ready

Replace an ID card or get portal access

Carriers mail ID cards 7 to 14 days after enrollment. If yours never arrived, or you need a replacement or a login for the member portal, we request it.

Have ready

  • Your name and date of birth
  • The plan name
  • Mailing address or email for the portal invite

Check a doctor, a drug, or a bill

Is my doctor still in network? Why did the pharmacy charge me that? Why did I get this bill? We look it up and call the carrier with you if it is wrong.

Have ready

  • Your member ID
  • The doctor, drug, or bill in question
  • Any letter or explanation of benefits you received

Fix a payment or a premium problem

A missed premium, a subsidy that changed after an income update, or a draft that stopped. Most of these are fixed with one call to the carrier or the marketplace.

Have ready

  • Your member ID
  • What changed and when
  • Any notice you received

Review your plan before Open Enrollment

Networks, drug tiers, and premiums change every year. We re-check your plan against the new year's options every fall, at no cost, whether or not you change anything.

Have ready

  • Your Annual Notice of Change letter, if you got one
  • Any new doctors or prescriptions since last year
Text updates

Service by text, if you want it

Members who opt in can get appointment reminders, document requests, enrollment status, and replies from their agent by text. It is optional, it is never marketing, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.

How it works, what we send, and how to opt in or out: SMS Terms and Conditions.

Send a service request

Put your plan name and what you need in the notes. Never your Medicare or Social Security number. A licensed agent calls you back.

Text messages (optional)

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties. See the SMS Terms.

No obligation. A licensed agent reviews every request.
