How it works

What happens after you request a call.

Step by step, from the form to an enrolled plan.

  1. 01

    Request a call

Two minutes on the form, or call during business hours. We need your name, phone, state, and the kind of coverage you are after.

  2. 02

    A licensed agent calls you

Usually the same business day. The agent confirms your ZIP code and what you are looking for, then asks what the plans need: your doctors and prescriptions for Medicare or a marketplace plan, household size and income for a subsidy estimate, or a few health questions for life coverage.

  3. 03

    You hear your options

The plans available in your county with the monthly premium and the expected out-of-pocket cost of each, across every carrier we offer.

  4. 04

    Enroll on the call

The application is completed by phone. Medicare and marketplace enrollments are submitted to the carrier the same day, and the agent confirms your effective date before you hang up.

  5. 05

    Your ID card arrives

The carrier mails it, usually within 7 to 14 days. Your agent stays your contact for network questions, plan changes, and the yearly review.
